Refund & Return Policy

1. General Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. However, since Night Secret is a consumable health supplement, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. For this reason, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Opened or partially used products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

2. Return Eligibility

A product may be eligible for return if:

• It is damaged or defective on arrival.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product is unopened, unused, and in original condition.

3. Return Process

• You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

• Provide order number, product photos, and reason for return.
• Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to our warehouse address (shared upon approval).

4. Refunds

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer/UPI after collecting your details.

5. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, used, or tampered products.
• Products returned without original packaging or invoice.
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
• Free gifts or promotional items.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer care.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• In such cases, we will bear the return shipping charges.
